As with all the District competitions, Residents of that area are the priority.

This is a ONE day event.

Open to Residents of the WEST of Scotland only.

We are NOT accepting guests. (should spaces be available near close of entry, we may consider but residents are the priority)

This competition will be run with the New Body weight categories.

Due to the timing of the weight change adoption, lifters will have to enter in the old body weight class and then inform us of their new and intended weight.

Please use the "second coach" text box to confirm the weight category you will compete at and weigh in at.
