The 1 year appointment which expires at the next AGM is to combine the roles of the General Secretary, Chair and CEO as we move through our restructure which will result in the creation of 3 separate roles: Non Exec Chair, CEO and Performance Director .
A Chartered Global Management Accountant for almost 20 years, Richard was drawn into Weightlifting after going along to some sessions at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, shortly after becoming a Referee through WLS. Normally can be found at competitions holding a microphone.
